Long-term cooperation links TIG with ENGEL, FANUC, JSW, LWB, MAPLAN and REP. These partners integrated TIG in the Expert Corners of their stands.
This meant that TIG was present in 3 halls and at 6 stands. Feedback from the partners on this cooperation was extremely positive. Especially the live connections between the machines at the partner stands with TIG products were applauded. Visitors were able to experience real-time monitoring of the quality, machine and order status of the connected machines in line with the requirements of Industry 4.0.

One thing that was striking was the fact that companies from the extrusion production sector are now also showing interest in MES solutions and that digitalisation is also making inroads here.
Streaming Analytics
This product sees TIG close the gap between MES and complex data analysis, establishing itself as the digitalisation partner for the future.
The tool enables the analysis of online data in the cloud, or on-premise, with predictive quality algorithms, delivering information on the current process status of the machine and the quality of the products.
The system automatically detects an imminent deterioration without the user having to specify tolerance or intervention limits beforehand.
Users are informed in good time before the machine starts producing rejects, or the quality deteriorates.
Datalyzer
Thanks to our Business Intelligence solution for the shop floor, TIG offers a comprehensive set of information at a glance. Problems are immediately detected and promptly remedied. Interactive and online-based data analysis considerably facilitates shop floor management's operative work and provides support during production meetings. In addition, the existing KPIs provide a sound basis for strategic decisions in the production area.
TIG shopfloor app
As a platform-independent smartphone app for Android and iOS, the TIG shopfloor app connects you to your shop floor wherever you are. You can quickly obtain an overview and respond to challenges in your production.
The TIG shopfloor app enables a mobile overview of current orders, production progress, cycle time, deviations, but also per-shift evaluations of quality and much more.
