DuPont, który transformuje się już przez dekadę, pozbywa się kolejnej ze swoich kultowych marek. Firma zgodziła się sprzedać swój dział aramidowy, produkujący ikoniczne włókna Kevlar i Nomex, producentowi chemikaliów i polimerów Arclin w ramach transakcji o wartości około 1,8 miliarda dolarów.
DuPont ogłosiło dzisiaj, że zawarło ostateczną umowę nabycia Spectrum Plastics Group od AEA Investors. Wartość transakcji wynosi 1,75 mld USD. Transakcja zostanie pokryta własnymi środkami.
Transakcja ma wartość 11 mld USD i obejmuje biznes Mobility and Materials (MAM).

Thanks to an extended agreement, Biesterfeld Rus LLC will take over responsibility for selling the Zytel®, Minlon®, Crastin®, Rynite®, Hytrel®, Bexloy® and Delrin® thermoplastic plastics in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan from 1 December 2019.
