Tworzywa w urządzeniach medycznych

Globalny rynek urządzeń medycznych jest gotowy na znaczny wzrost, napędzany innowacjami technologicznymi i rosnącym zapotrzebowaniem w opiece zdrowotnej.

Bezpieczna walidacja, szybsza produkcja

Podczas targów K 2025 firma ENGEL zaprezentuje asystenta walidacji ENGEL – rewolucyjną strategię kwalifikacji i walidacji do cyfrowego wsparcia procesów walidacji w technice medycznej . Ten skrojony na miarę pakiet produktów łączy strategiczne rozwiązania i cyfrowe systemy wspomagania dostosowane do procesów produkcyjnych opartych na ryzyku. Oszczędza czas i zasoby, jednocześnie znacznie redukując ryzyko procesowe – w pełni zgodne z przepisami, skalowalne i praktyczne.

Cooling systems with R290 and flexible OEM solutions

At this year’s Laser World of Photonics, technotrans will present its comprehensive portfolio of thermal management solutions for laser applications in medical technology. The highlight of the trade fair presentation is the extended PRO300.chiller series for 19-inch rack systems. These systems use the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 and offer users a future-proof solution in view of tightening regulations in Europe and the USA. In addition, the company will showcase its precise Peltier coolers as well as p1000/24V liquid cooling units as OEM assemblies for optimal integration into various laser applications. Thanks to cleanroom production, technotrans also provides solutions for demanding application areas such as the semiconductor and medical technology sectors.

Protezy stóp z plastiku

Podczas targów CHINAPLAS 2025 BASF zaprezentuje protezę stopy Pro-Flex ® Terra, współtworzoną z wiodącym globalnym dostawcą protez, Össur. Najnowocześniejsze rozwiązanie materiałowe Cellasto ® , charakteryzujące się progresywną sztywnością i wysoką odpornością na uderzenia, łączy miękkość i elastyczność z niezwykłym zwrotem energii, dzięki czemu proteza stopy Pro-Flex ® Terra ucieleśnia intuicyjne zachowanie reakcji i ściśle odtwarza ruch mięśni i ścięgien człowieka.

Allrounder Cube 1800

Innovative cube-mould technology significantly reduces cycle time. This increases productivity and quickly pays for itself despite the higher outlay on the mould. At NPE 2024, an Allrounder Cube 1800 with a clamping force of 1,800 kN will produce two-colour medical caps and demonstrate that a machine with a "compact cube" can significantly reduce unit costs even with smaller output quantities.

Polymer Medical Development

With the accelerated aging of the global population and the trend towards paying attention to healthcare, people concern more about health checkup, disease prevention and regular screening. This leads to an increase in market demand for medical devices and consumables.

Nowy ASA "MED"

INEOS Styrolution wprowadza nowy ASA „MED” dedykowany do zastosowań w branży medycznej. Został zaprojektowany specjalnie z myślą o małych obudowach urządzeń medycznych.

Medical device manufacturing

Manufacturers of medical devices have to meet demanding market requirements, both with regards to quality and efficiency. Accordingly, they have two major goals: to reduce operating costs and to apply the highest quality standard at each stage of manufacturing to achieve zero defect production. Kistler’s comprehensive portfolio of solutions for sensors and process monitoring systems enables medical device manufacturers to achieve these goals – from the design concept, product development and qualification phase all the way through to production.
