Sealing height of 0 mm? Yes, it's possible!
Faster, easier and more secure: When it comes to the automated and highly efficient packaging of very flat or light products in film pouches, MULTIVAC has modified its B 625 chamber belt machine in such a way, that a sealing height of 0 mm is now possible on this proven model, which is designed to pack large batches of product.
New compact class with the TX 6 series
Compact, versatile, networked: The new MULTIVAC traysealers are highly impressive in their outstanding performance with excep-tionally efficient use of the available production space. Just like the existing high-output TX 7 and TX 8 series, the space-saving new arrivals in the product range offer everything that customers could expect from a trend-setting machine generation. Also in terms of reliability, hygiene and ease of operation.
MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection
This year as well will see the roadshow from MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection stopping off at companies in Germany and other European countries. From March onwards in a live and convenient setting, customers will be able to learn all about MULTIVAC's innovative labelling and inspection solutions. This time the focus will be on high-quality and sustainable solutions for the closure sealing and labelling of fruit and vegetable trays.
Compact packaging solutions
At interpack 2023 MULTIVAC will be showing practical and needs-based solutions for packing small and medium-sized batches, as well as complete processing and packaging lines for the food in-dustry. These small-batch solutions enable hand-craft businesses and smaller processors to make the entry into automatic packag-ing - with the aim of achieving maximum flexibility and cost-effectiveness. In addition to chamber machines of different sizes, the exhibits will also include compact thermoforming packaging machines and traysealers.
Tailored solutions for the medical industries
- MULTIVAC will be presenting itself at interpack 2023 in Düsseldorf as a supplier of integrated solutions for the healthcare sector. The focus of the company's presence in Hall 16 (Stand C57) will be a fully integrated line, which is designed to meet the high requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical industries. This solution comprises all the stages in the process - from the loading of the sensitive products through to the packaging process itself, and right up to the end-of-line operation, and the main features of the line are its high output, machine availability and degree of flexibility.
Packaging hot food
Soups, ravioli or noodles: Up to now caterers and kitchens have had to allow hot food to cool down, in order for it to be vacuum packed effectively. This costs time and reduces flexibility - and in the case of active cooling this also takes energy. The alternative from MULTIVAC the packaging specialists: the new SFP Light steam flushing system.
Packaging expertise in top form
Exhibiting over a total area of around 300 mm2 in Nuremberg, MULTIVAC will be showing a representative cross section of its comprehensive range of products and services, as well as evi-dence of its accumulated expertise in complete lines. The central topics are: Efficient and sustainable packaging of food, medical and pharmaceutical products, as well as expert advice on all as-pects of packaging, together with the company's labelling, mark-ing and inspection solutions, and finally automation and digitali-sation. Two new machine developments - a flowpacker and the innovative R3 thermoforming packaging machine - send a strong signal to the market.
A tailor-made suit for all events
The R3 runs recyclable packaging films made of mono materials without crease formation, it requires very low levels of maintenance during everyday production thanks to new design features, and it fits into every production environment with its modular construction: The new R3 thermoforming packaging machine from MULTIVAC is predestined for the sustainable and cost-effective packaging operations of the future.
New full wrap labeller for random weight products
With its new L 312 model, MULTIVAC is launching onto the market a conveyor belt labeller, which now enables attractive full wrap label-ling to be used for random weight products as well. The flexible and highly efficient solution will be shown to the public for the first time at Anuga FoodTec 2022 (Hall 8.1, Stand C010) and IFFA 2022 (Hall 11.1, Stand B11).
Top performance for smaller output quantities
Finest quality, high level of flexibility, and maximum yield even with smaller output quantities - the universal GMS 400 portion-ing machine is extending MULTIVAC's range in the entry-level sector. TVI's latest development will be presented for the first time at Anuga FoodTec 2022, and it is aimed in the German mar-ket primarily at medium-sized butcher's shops, industrial-scale meat processors with smaller lines, as well as wholesale busi-nesses, which supply restaurants, caterers, canteens, schools and hospitals with portioned meat products.
Acquisition TVI holdings by MULTIVAC Group
Following the planned departure of Thomas Völkl as Managing Direc-tor and Company Partner of TVI Entwicklung und Produktion GmbH on 31 December 2021, MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller SE & Co. KG is now acquiring the complete holdings of TVI in Bruckmühl.
Packaging solutions for the food sector
At this year's Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, MULTIVAC will be pre-senting its wide range of innovative processing and packaging solutions for the food industry. The focus will be on integrated lines, which enable the widest range of food products to be pro-cessed and packaged cost-effectively and sustainably. Other highlights will be a presentation of the company's digital prod-ucts, as well as its services in the areas of packaging consultancy and after-sales care.
Packaging with large trays at high output
Wider, more efficient and with greater process reliability: MUL-TIVAC is adding three new traysealer models to its TX8 series with a new format width, and thereby offering customers even more packaging flexibility. Thanks to their wide format, the TX 815, TX 825 and TX 835 traysealers are particularly suited to packing products in large trays in a two-track packaging process, and they are characterised primarily by their very high output. As with all models of the TX generation, it is of course possible to use Pack Pilot and other MULTIVAC Smart Services on these models.
Extended shelf life for delicate natural products
Fruit and vegetables continue to live after harvesting. If the product is to remain fresh and appetising in the pack up to the point of consumption, the metabolic processes must be controlled by an innovative method. Thanks to the FreshSAFE packaging system from MULTIVAC, there is a method of producing equilibrium atmosphere (EMAP) packs, which opti-mises the oxygen content in the packs in a continuous, natural and sus-tainable way. Les Maraîchers d'Armor, a cooperative in the French region of Brittany, uses the technology to pack its white beans, the so-called "Cocos de Paimpol", in trays under modified atmosphere, enabling the shelf life and quality of the product to be preserved for as long as possi-ble.
Efficient labelling solution for egg packs
Automatic labelling, high-quality look and secure packs: Thanks to the use of full wrap labels, MULTIVAC is redefining the pack-aging of fresh eggs in boxes or plastic trays. MULTIVAC's L 310 full wrap labeller not only makes egg packs highly attractive, it also closes them with a secure seal.
