Röchling invests 10 million euros in sustainability

Plastics processor Röchling Industrial is investing almost ten million euros in expanding its plant in Geeste-Dalum, Emsland. The Röchling Sustainability Centre will be expanded extensively by 2027. "As a family business, sustainability plays a major role for us. The point of this investment is to live up to our responsibility and to ensure the future viability of our company. At the same time, we are strengthening the circular economy and expanding our international pioneering role in the long term," emphasises Franz Lübbers, CEO of Röchling Industrial.

Röchling takes over Compotech AG

Röchling is taking over the SMC specialist Compotech AG in Weinfelden, Switzerland, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2023, thereby expanding its product portfolio with large-format compression molded parts, in particular for railway technology.

Efektowne stoisko przyciągnęło uwagę zwiedzających i wywołało ogromne zainteresowanie i entuzjazm. Przynajmniej tak się wydaje wystawcy :)

Röchling przenosi zakład do Táboru

Międzynarodowy lider w przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych, Röchling Industrial, przenosi swój zakład w Czechach z Plana nad Lužnicí do Táboru. Przeniesienie siedziby firmy do miasta położonego około 10 kilometrów na północ od obecnej lokalizacji, jest konieczne, aby móc sprostać ambitnym celom rozwoju, w szczególności pod względem zwiększenia zdolności produkcyjnych i portfolio produktów z termoplastycznych tworzyw sztucznych, na rynkach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej.

Röchling receives a gold rating in EcoVadis

The plastics processor Röchling Industrial in Haren was awarded the Gold status by the internationally established provider of sustainability ratings, EcoVadis. The company received 70 out of 100 possible points in the rating, placing it among the top 5 percent of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis to date.

A revolution in conveyor technology

The Röchling Industrial development team of the LubX® product family has been setting new standards for about ten years. Developed for applications in automation and conveyor systems, the material LubX® revolutionised this field ten years ago. LubX® was a new sliding material that significantly optimised the entire system of a conveyor. Even ten years after its market launch, this makes LubX® products the standard sliding material for the machines and systems of many manufacturers worldwide. At a total order volume of more than 75 million Euros, LubX® is one of Röchling Industrial’s most successful products.

Expansion of PET Capacities

Röchling Industrial invested two million euros in the expansion of the Röchling Sustaplast site in Lahnstein and hat put new extrusion lines for the brand material Sustadur® PET into operation. Röchling is thereby responding to the high demand for sheets and round rods by improving availability and shortening delivery times for the brand material Sustadur® PET.

Phenolic-glued pressboard

The demands placed on oil-filled transformers are constantly increasing. Ever greater efficiency and operational reliability are desired, even at high operating temperatures and heavy electrical load. Especially for the construction of modern transformers, Röchling Industrial has further developed the properties of its’ premium insulating material, Trafoboard®. Trafoboard® has been subjected to comprehensive testing by the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück.

Röchling Industrial Oepping

Oepping – The plastics processor Röchling Leripa Papertech GmbH & Co. KG in Oepping, Austria, has a new name: Röchling Industrial Oepping GmbH & Co. KG. With the change of name on 31st of March 2020, the company will focus even more strongly on its customers and rigorously pursue its industrial orientation strategy.
