Cooling systems with R290 and flexible OEM solutions

At this year’s Laser World of Photonics, technotrans will present its comprehensive portfolio of thermal management solutions for laser applications in medical technology. The highlight of the trade fair presentation is the extended PRO300.chiller series for 19-inch rack systems. These systems use the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 and offer users a future-proof solution in view of tightening regulations in Europe and the USA. In addition, the company will showcase its precise Peltier coolers as well as p1000/24V liquid cooling units as OEM assemblies for optimal integration into various laser applications. Thanks to cleanroom production, technotrans also provides solutions for demanding application areas such as the semiconductor and medical technology sectors.

Pioneering cooling and temperature control technology

With a focus on sustainability: at Fakuma 2024, technotrans showcases energy-efficient thermal management solutions for the plastics processing industry. A highlight of the trade fair presentation is a live application of several technotrans systems on a fully electric injection moulding machine from KraussMaffei, including variothermal mould temperature control. In the field of cooling technology, visitors can expect an efficient water-cooled chiller from the kws w series. Moreover, technotrans presents a field-tested cold water temperature control unit from the teco cw series using natural refrigerant R290 (propane). Additionally, the company fills an important gap in its product portfolio with a new 18 kW temperature control unit.

Laser cooling

Energy-efficient cooling systems for a wide range of laser applications: At this year's LASER World of PHOTONICS from 27 to 30 June 2023, technotrans SE will, among other things, be presenting compact cooling solutions based on Peltier technology. In Hall B3, technotrans will also be exhibiting a modular auxiliary cooler from the ECOtec series and a 19-inch rack-mount cooler. Thanks to dynamic control technology, technotrans systems are highly energy efficient and can be designed to customer specifications. In addition, the company is gradually switching to the use of environmentally friendly natural refrigerants.

Thermal management for the plastics industry

High-efficiency cooling and temperature control technology for the plastics industry on the American continent – technotrans will showcase its advanced systems at two trade shows in the USA and Mexico. On the occasion of the Plastics Technology Expo in Rosemont, IL, USA, the thermal management specialist will present the energy-efficient protemp flow 6 ultrasonic eco and the teco cs 90t 9.1 temperature control units. At the Expo Plasticos in Guadalajara, Mexico, technotrans will present a compact high-performance refrigeration machine of the ECOtec product range. Climate protection, energy efficiency and customised solutions are important key topics at both exhibitions.
